Former Sydney Swans AFL star Michael O’Loughlin will headline a stellar list of speakers as part of the education program at the 2022 ISSA Cleaning & Hygiene Expo next year.
O’Loughlin, now an executive in the building services industry, as well as being an advocate and mentor in the Indigenous community, is one of more than 40 speakers who will use the education sessions to discuss the post-pandemic road to recovery.
The comprehensive 2022 ISSA Cleaning & Hygiene Expo Education Program will run over two full days on March 16-17, 2022, at the International Convention Centre in Sydney. It will feature two types of events – expert discussion panels and in-depth workshops.
In announcing that the education program for the expo has now been confirmed, organiser ISSA – the worldwide cleaning industry association – noted that the event will be one of the first opportunities for people in the cleaning sector to come together again in the aftermath of COVID-19.
“We’re excited to host an event that will see people from the cleaning industry reunite and share their knowledge again at a live event after the pandemic lockdowns,” said ISSA Oceania manager Lauren Micallef.
“There is something for everyone – facility managers, business owners, cleaners, sales teams, you name it. We have a great line-up of panellists and senior executives who will provide their industry insights and feedback.”
The 2022 ISSA Cleaning & Hygiene Expo will deliver excellent networking opportunities for all attendees and stakeholders, while another exciting aspect of the event is that an extensive list of exhibitors will be able to showcase their latest products and innovations again.
The education program will ensure visitors from all areas of the cleaning and hygiene industry can receive practical advice from industry experts.
It will cover a wide range of important topics, including corporate social responsibility; technology and innovation; aged care cleaning and hygiene; the risk of working with chemicals; the importance of collaboration; coping with change; and delivering successful tenders and quotes.
