Nilfisk announces two members to global leadership team

“They both bring valuable experience from their fields and will be instrumental in making Nilfisk a more customer and service-driven company.”

Nilfisk has appointed two experienced profiles to its global leadership team.

Camilla Ramby has been appointed head of marketing, effective March 2018 and Casper Brorsen will take on the role as head of strategy and business development, effective January 2018.

“Times are changing, in the cleaning industry as well as in Nilfisk. New business models are arising and digital opportunities for engaging with customers are evolving rapidly,” said Nilfisk CEO, Hans Henrik Lund.

“At Nilfisk, we are committed to being at the forefront of this development, which is why we are extremely pleased to welcome two strong profiles to the leadership team. They both bring valuable experience from their fields and will be instrumental in making Nilfisk a more customer and service-driven company.”

For the past seven years, Brorsen has held leadership positions within commercial development, innovation and strategy execution especially within the service area in Falck, a global provider of emergency services. Prior to this, he worked in investment banking, venture capital and private equity.

“Nilfisk has embarked on an exciting journey with an increased focus on digitalisation and robotics,” said Brorsen. “I look very much forward to being a part of this next chapter for Nilfisk and to apply my knowledge and experience with strategy and commercial business development to support a successful business transformation.”

Ramby comes to Nilfisk directly from the banking industry. Prior to this, she had been at telecommunications companies for more than 10 years. There, she transformed the marketing area through the intelligent use of data and optimised the digital customer journey.

“There is a lot of potential in Nilfisk, and I strongly believe that we can optimise the customer journey through more extensive use of data across markets. So I am truly excited to join the leadership team in Nilfisk and accelerate this development further,” said Ramby.

The Nilfisk leadership team currently consisting of 10 members, and is headed by Hans Henrik Lund, who was appointed CEO in August.
