Registration open for industry conference

More than 120 commercial cleaning operators, distributors and manufacturers to attend BSCNZ's industry event.

Registration is now open for the BSCNZ’s biennial commercial cleaning conference on 17 and 18 September, 2019.

To be held at the Hilton in Taupo, the theme of this year’s conference, which is expected to have more than 120 commercial cleaning operators, distributors, manufacturers and suppliers in attendance, is ‘Driving Success’.

Sarah McBride, CEO of BSCNZ, said the conference will be tailored to educate, motivate and inspire success.

“This conference is solely dedicated to the commercial cleaning industry.  The last conference was voted a success by BSCNZ members and attendees, and this year we are working on continuing that momentum and high standard,” McBride told INCLEAN NZ.

The two-day education program will include local and international speakers from MBIE, Careerforce, Victoria University of Wellington and Inspire Group. President and owner of Harvard Maintenance, one of America’s largest janitorial companies Stan Doobin will also present.

“This event is for industry management teams, with a core focus on effective leadership, industry learnings and inspiring speakers. Inspiration that will go beyond the conference and into our daily working lives.

“Bringing your staff to this event will be the opportunity to extend their education of our industry and inspire them to grow within their careers. We can all aspire to be more effective in our work environments and this event will be a time to step our of the ‘daily grind’ to reflect, learn and be inspired.

The event is open to both BSCNZ members and non-members to attend. Sponsors include Tork, Kärcher, Cottonsoft and Makita.

“We encourage our industry to join us in what we hope to be another memorable industry conference. ”
