ISSA, CIRI to live-stream science symposium on COVID-19 cleaning

The full day event will explore pandemic preparedness and the coronavirus from multiple angles.

ISSA and the Cleaning Industry Research Institute (CIRI) have teamed with the Building Services Contractors Association International (BSCAI) and the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA), to present a science symposium, Science-Based Best Practices for Coronavirus Cleaning and Pandemic Response—as a live-stream event.

This full-day event, to be held on 31 March, will explore pandemic preparedness and the coronavirus from multiple angles, including strategies for training frontline workers, communicating with stakeholders during a pandemic, cleaning measurement and disinfection.

The event is divided into three sessions—pandemic preparedness, methods to measure clean, and a deep delve into disinfection. Each session includes the latest research and best practices from infection control and cleaning industry leaders.

Each session will be recorded and made available at no extra charge to all paid attendees to use for worker training and customer communications.
