ISS has announced the divestment of two business segments in Asia.

The company has sold its ISS Taiwan division and its Hong Kong based waste handling business unit in separate deals recently. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed. The sales are part of ISS’s overall corporate divestment strategy to focus on core activities.

“The continued strong execution of the divestment program is important for our strategy execution,” “said Jacob Aarup-Andersen, ISS CEO.

As we are reaching the conclusion of the program, we are gradually able to refocus the business from rightsizing our footprint toward our important commercial and sustainability priorities.

ISS provides facility management, cleaning, office support, catering, and security services to businesses in more than 53 countries around the world.
