OCS New Zealand has announced the appointment of a new GM Facilities Management for its New Zealand operation.

Matt Cotterall is a successful business leader with an extensive career spanning facilities management, engineering consultancy, BPO, telecommunications and technology.

Gareth Marriott, managing director for OCS ANZ, said Cotterall’s appointment was key to expanding its facilities management offering in New Zealand.

“Over the last few years, we’ve really concentrated on building our internal capability, streamlining our technology systems and working on our long-term sustainability, both economically and environmentally.

“During this period we’ve also invested heavily into our core services where we have a leading market position and have seen our FM division go from strength to strength. Matt’s appointment will help cement our FM operational expertise – he has an enviable track record having overseen key strategic change and transformation of service delivery models throughout the industry.”

Cotterall said he is excited to be working with the OCS team and its business partners.

“I’ve been fortunate to have worked with some fantastic clients throughout my career and seen many positive changes within the industry, particularly in regards to integrating technology systems into a range of environments.
